Stopped for one night on the way to Yosemite to San Francisco on the west coast of the United States. A very good choice to visit San Francisco directly the next day. The conditions and environment are very good, very clean, the room is very large and the cost performance is very high. It is much better than the hotel in San Francisco. The surrounding area of the hotel is very safe and there are no homeless people. The American breakfast is also very good. It is a good accommodation experience and I will come again next time.

This is a very good hotel in a small town. The first member of the staff that I encountered was very courteous, professional, and most importantly hospitable. Her name was Shelley and she was working the front desk when I arrived. I did not expect the level of customer service that I received. I figured a hotel in Livermore would be basic or average at best. Shelley's first impression continued while on my stay. I later encountered a woman named Stephanie, and a man named Alex that also work there. They too exhibited a level of customer service that I was not expecting. There are some gems working at this nice little hotel. Hopefully these employees stay around here awhile.

Checked in at 10 PM for a one night stay. The gal at the front desk was friendly. My family and I stayed on the third floor which was in the middle of them remodeling. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The room and bathroom were updated. The bathroom was clean enough. It was quiet so we good a good nights sleep. Complimentary breakfast was fine- they had eggs, sausages, cereals, muffins, bagels, bread and English muffins to toast and waffles that you make. Breakfast area and dining area were clean as there was a lady that was consistently cleaning up the area. Overall, hotel a decent place to stay.

Property is well maintained, clean rooms, decent breakfast and located near the highway. easy access to north or south Livermore, pleasonton, dublin etc. Only negative is the pool was closed in April! when it was 90 F outside citing seasonal closure. Staff was helpful, our keys kept on not working on all days of our stay. Make sure you dont keep these keys in your wallet. This has never happened at any other hotels before.
